PROJECT DETAILS

  • Mechanical and Electrical fully co-ordinated design
  • Design of bespoke, fabricated steel framework for roof mounted external condenser plant
  • Full installation of centralised fully automated smoke ventilation system
  • CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modelling completed used to help demonstrate how the fire safety strategy of the building would work
  • Complete Dry Riser installation with outlet on each floor for use in the event of a fire
  • Complete installation of DX based ducted fan coil units throughout the floors to provide heating and cooling to the office space
  • Domestic water services and drainage to various tea points across the floors
  • Flat oval ductwork installed, to ensure the aesthetic look of the office areas are achieved as all services exposed
  • Full co-ordination of lift and shifting AHU into existing basement plant area with limited access
  • Full co-ordination comprising of sections and 3D visuals to ensure the plant installation within the plantroom would fit in the space provided
  • Integrated Building Management Controls providing full remote control/visuals to clients app on smart device
  • The entire build was undertaken in a phased manor, to enable the main contractor to proceed with closing up the building alongside works being undertaken to ensure the programme was not compromised
