  • Full Mechanical design and co-ordination
  • New external air handling unit including extensive external ductwork installation
  • The new air handling unit was craned onto the roof out of hours
  • Intricate internal ductwork installation including new toilet extract systems
  • AHU acoustic enclosure (environmental sound surveys were completed)
  • Complete new air conditioning VRF 3-pipe system including 24no indoor units
  • Alterations to existing external air conditioning condenser compound, relocating existing units
  • Teapoints comprising of water heaters and drainage pumps
  • Supply and installation of sanitaryware
